GoldenExotic Car Rental – Return & Refund Policy

1. Reservation Deposits
- All reservations require a deposit of $150 to secure the vehicle.
- Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
2. Cancellations
- 2 days or more before rental start date – Eligible for a refund, minus a processing fee depending on payment method.
- Within 48 hours of rental start date – Deposit and/or rental fee is non-refundable.
- No-shows – Entire rental fee is forfeited.
3. Early Returns
- If the vehicle is returned earlier than the agreed rental period, no partial refunds or credits will be issued.
4. Vehicle Return Conditions
- Vehicles must be returned on time, in the same condition received, with the agreed fuel level.
- Late returns are subject to $120 rate per hour.
- Additional charges will be deducted from the security deposit for:
- Excess mileage
- Fuel shortage
- Cleaning (smoking, pets, spills, etc.)
- Damage or repairs
- Unauthorized repairs/exchange or parts
5. Refund of Security Deposits
- Security deposits are refundable if the vehicle is returned without new damage, violations, or outstanding charges.
- Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days and/or depending on bank processing time back to the original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Reservation deposit
- Processing fees
- Insurance add-ons
- Delivery/pick-up fees
- Any third-party service fees (e.g., tolls, tickets, etc.)
7. Force Majeure
If we must cancel a reservation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., vehicle breakdown, natural disaster), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
