Golden Exotics Car Rental – Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to GoldenExoticRentals (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By renting or using any of our vehicles or services, you (“Renter,” “you,” “your”) agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms outline the responsibilities, restrictions, and conditions of renting our exotic vehicles or utilizing our services.
2. Eligibility:
- Renters must be at least 21 years old.
- A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required at the time of rental.
- International drivers must provide a valid passport, international driver’s permit and Proof of return flight.
- Company reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
3. Reservation & Payment
- A reservation deposit of 150 dollars is required to secure a booking.
- Full payment, plus applicable taxes, fees, and security deposit, is due before the rental begins.
- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, limited to Mastercards and Visa only; Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, ApplePay, Tap to Pay options, Square, and Cash.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.
4. Car Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit is required (varies depending on chosen vehicle.
- The deposit covers damages, excessive wear, traffic violations, tolls, fuel shortages, smocking fees or late returns.
- Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days after inspection of the vehicle. Ample communication will be provided regarding this matter.
5. Vehicle Use Restrictions
The Renter agrees:
- Not to use the vehicle for:
- Racing, drifting, off-road driving, or illegal activities.
- Commercial purposes (e.g., ridesharing, transporting goods).
- Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances.
- Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.
- Mileage is limited to 120 miles unless otherwise agreed. Additional miles will be charged at a $3.00 to $5.00 per mile depending on vehicle chosen.
6. Condition & Responsibility
- Vehicles will be delivered in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
- Renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition.
- Renter is liable for all damages, including but not limited to: body damage, interior damage, mechanical misuse, tires, and windshield.
- Renter agrees to not perform any repairs, under any circumstances, unless an extreme emergency requires it.
- extreme circumstances include but are not limited to: Life or death situations.
- Renter agrees on notify rental company via written notification within 48hrs prior to any needed repairs such as but not limited to: Tires, Brakes, Windshield wipers and more.
- Renter is liable for any unauthorized repairs and agrees to not receive any financial reimbursement or rental extension.
- Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. A cleaning fee of 350-750 will apply for violations.
7. Insurance & Liability
- Renter must provide proof of valid auto insurance covering exotic/luxury vehicles.
- If Renter’s insurance does not fully cover damages, the Renter is financially responsible for repairs, loss of use, and diminished value.
- Company is not liable for personal injury, lost items, or third-party damages during the rental.
8. Traffic Violations & Tolls
- Renter is responsible for all traffic tickets, tolls, parking fines, and violations during the rental period.
- Unpaid violations will be charged to the Renter, plus an administrative fee decided by the city clerk where violation was performed.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 2 days before the rental date may qualify for a refund, minus a processing fee.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental start date are non-refundable.
- No-shows will result in a full forfeiture of the rental amount.
10. Late Returns
- Vehicles must be returned at the agreed-upon time.
- Late returns will incur additional charges of $120 per hour late.
- After 4 hours, an extra full-day rental fee will apply.
11. Indemnification
The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoldenExoticRentals, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from use of the rental vehicle.
12. Termination of Agreement
The Company may terminate the rental agreement at any time if the Renter violates these Terms. Vehicles may be repossessed at the Renter’s expense in case of misuse, speeding above legal speed limit, different driver or person who was not under contract with the company , fraud, or non-payment.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL, USA, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade/Doral, FL.
